NATO has been surrounding Russia from the baltic States to the the Caucasus, occupying Ukraine and has invited Piotr Porochenko to the NATO summit last July althought Ukraine is not a NATO Member. In response the Chinese army, the biggest army in the world, has been training with Venezuela, Iran, Kazakhstan and Russia. Iran has opened its country to the Russian air force army.
Tensions in Ukraine and Syria menace the peace in the world. Turkey, still a NATO member, started after the failed putsch of July 15th anew talks with Moscow. Has the balance of military forces been made between Russia and NATO and saved the world of a WWIII?
